No. The wedding events listed on our Wedding Events tab are open to all our wedding guests. If your travel schedule permits, we welcome you to join us!

Please note due to limited capacity, we ask only guests who have received a rehearsal dinner invitation attend the rehearsal dinner. We would love for you to join us at the Belhurst Castle's Stonecutter's Tavern after the rehearsal dinner. Please view the Wedding Events tab for more details.

The rehearsal dinner dress code is cocktail attire.

Yes. Transportation will take guests to the venue. Guests wishing to the provided transportation must begin loading the bus at 4:45 p.m. The bus will depart the Belhurst Castle parking lot at 5:00 p.m. sharp.

If you wish to travel in your own vehicle or a ride share service (Uber or Lyft), there is ample parking available at the venue.

The wedding attire is semi-formal.

For male wedding guests, we recommend wearing a suit; no tuxedos required. For female wedding guests, tea-length to long dresses are preferred.

If weather permits, the ceremony will be outside on the Belhurst Castle lawn. It is recommended for female guests to wear block heels.

We politely request all attendees be over the age of 18, if not indicated on the invitation.

As a wedding guest, you are welcome to park at the Belhurst Castle. The venue has ample parking available.

The wedding reception will be in the Meritage Ballroom in the Belhurst Castle. After the ceremony, all wedding guests will be directed to enjoy cocktail hour on the patio of the Meritage Ballroom.

Guests can begin seating in the Meritage Ballroom for the wedding reception at 4:30 p.m.
